Internships
- CU Boulder Global Internships:
Your entire education abroad program is grounded in the internship. While you intern abroad you are enrolled in a CU Boulder course that complements the internship and a CU Boulder faculty member teaches the academic coursework remotely. You receive a letter grade for the course you complete and you can work with your academic advisor to determine what degree requirements the course can fulfill. Find the Global Internship that fits you!
- Education Abroad Internship-Specific Programs:
Your entire education abroad program is grounded in the internship. While you intern abroad you are enrolled in an on-site program provider course that complements your internship. You complete the coursework on-site with your program provider faculty. An academic department at CU Boulder must approve your internship in order for you to earn CU Boulder academic credit for this course (some students decide to complete the internship program not-for-credit). You will need to complete the Internship Approval Form. Arts & Sciences students who do not obtain departmental specific approval may apply the credit hours to general/overall, non-A&S degree hours. Find an internship program that fits you!
- Internships Offered as an Option on Your Education Abroad Program:
Your education abroad program might offer an internship experience as one option to the list of course offerings available to you. While you intern abroad you are enrolled in an on-site program provider course that complements your internship. An academic department at CU Boulder must approve your internship in order for you to earn CU Boulder academic credit for this course (some students decide to complete the optional internship not-for-credit). You will need to complete the Internship Approval Form. Arts & Sciences students who do not obtain departmental specific approval may apply the credit hours to general/overall, non-A&S degree hours.
