CU Boulder's Roaming Buffs Travel Program Supports Education Abroad

This year Education Abroad partnered with the Alumni Association’s
Roaming Buffs Travel Program to establish a new scholarship for education abroad students. A portion of the proceeds from all Roaming Buffs travel programs will now help current students pay for their own study or intern abroad program. In Fall 2019,
three students received an inaugural scholarship.
“This is such a great way to link student travelers to alumni travelers and support the spirit of Buffs seeing and connecting to the world,” said Sarah Westmoreland, who manages the scholarship awards for Education Abroad. In some locations, students will have the opportunity to meet the group of Roaming Buffs during their trip. These meetings enhance personal and career connections for undergraduate students.
