Are there any non-CU affiliated travelers (such as family members or guests) planning to travel with the group? If yes, list the following for each non-CU traveler: name, date of birth, gender, and relationship. Per the campus International Risk Committee for Student Travel's Rules Governing Visitors on CU Boulder International Programs Involving Students, all non-CU individuals traveling with the group will be required to complete the EA registration and enroll in the group insurance which will be billed accordingly.
