Global Buffs Updates

  • Traveler's Tales: We ran our first Traveler’s Tales alumni event at Innisfree Coffee shop this February! It was a great chance for Education Abroad alumni to connect with one another and share their stories from abroad. We look forward to offering this event each semester in the future, and we hope you can join us!

  • Natalie Coleman: Natalie studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark Spring of 2017. As part of her Environmental Design major, she took an interior architecture studio course where she realized her love for museum exhibition design. Because of this course, she decided to delve deeper into the field upon her return to Boulder. She is now an intern and the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art and has designed a public art exhibition piece for her Senior Capstone project in which she combines the techniques of art exhibition design with community engagement. Upon her imminent graduation this May, she hopes to continue gaining experience in the art museum field in any way she can.

She looks forward to supporting & helping others in this new field!

After living in Seoul for two years, she traveled throughout the country and visited the DMZ (de-militarized zone) between North and South Korea. Since returning to the States, she enrolled in a teaching licensure program and became a licensed teacher in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, while pursuing her master’s in Education and Human Development. Currently, Erin continues to work in education, for her alma mater, CU. You can find her at the CU Book Store, where she is an Academic Resources Coordinator, making sure students get the textbooks they need every semester.
