Save the Date: 5th Annual Scott Shively Scholarship Golf Fundraiser

About the event and scholarship:
 
Established in 2014 in memory of Scott Shively ('06), the Scott Shively Scholarship Golf Fundraiser is conceived, organized and administered by friends of Scott and his parents. The event has been the impetus to achieve an “Endowed Status” for the scholarship at CU Boulder.  Funds raised help to provide a need-based scholarship at CU for students going abroad through the CU Education Abroad office. Award recipients are enrolled in an education abroad program with a social justice emphasis. Scott learned so much from his time abroad in Geneva, Switzerland, and traveled extensively in his short life. It is the goal of this scholarship, as well as his friends and family, to recognize those students who, like Scott, seek to broaden their perspectives and open themselves to the possibilities for helping others, everywhere.
