The following two handbooks contain important information regarding academics, grading, health and safety and much more. Read these as you prepare for departure.

Program-Specific Handbooks

CU Boulder Program-Specific Handbooks contain detailed information specific to your program. Note: additional information will be provided by your program provider (i.e. CAPA, CIEE, ISA, SIT, Semester at Sea, etc.) when applicable. To access Program-Specific Handbooks, log-in to your MyCUAbroad page. Once you've been accepted to a program you will find your handbook in "Items to Read" to the left of your application checklist. 

Essential Guide to Education Abroad

This handbook includes general policies for all students earning credit on an education abroad program through CU Boulder, as well as information and advice on adjusting to life in another culture. You don't have to print it; you may download it and read it on your computer if you prefer.
