I have worked in the Education Abroad office since 2005 in a variety of capacities. My current role includes:

  • Director of Scholarships
  • Faculty-led Global Seminars and Global Intensives team
  • Advising on the regional team for Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa
  • Advising Pre-Health students
  • Advising veteran and dependent students on GI Bill education benefits for study abroad
  • Advising DACA and undocumented students
I also serve as program manager for:
  • all France programs
  • Law School exchange programs
  • Global Seminar: Community Engaged Language Revitalization (Teotitlan del Valle, Mexico)
  • Global Seminar: History of Medicine (London, England)
  • Global Seminar: Organizational Behavior and Business in China
I have a Masters degree in Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health (2015). As an undergraduate at CU Boulder, I studied abroad on the CIEE: Rennes, France program. After completing my undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and French at CU Boulder and working for a year as a Peer Advisor for the CU Education Abroad office, I spent 6 months in Tunisia doing an internship at AMIDEAST through AIESEC. I also spent a year in France as a teaching assistant in a French high school. I have led high school students abroad to France in Summer 2006 and 2010 as a group leader for the Experiment in International Living. I am the past Chair of the NAFSA Education Abroad Regulatory Practice Committee (2021-2022). In my various roles, I am sensitive to the persistent inequities in students studying abroad, and strive to work with students from backgrounds that are often underrepresented: students with a low GPA, veterans, DACA and undocumented students, among others. Please reach out to me if you have questions!
